Return eligibility

Return requests may be accepted for wrong, damaged, or defective products reported within a reasonable time after delivery.

Non-returnable items

Used, opened, damaged after delivery, or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return unless the issue was caused before delivery.

Refund processing
